Three Dog Day

Yes, I am blogging.  I know I quit–and now I am starting again.  I offer no explanation.

Tonight on my drive home I saw two things–one which filled me with good cheer, and one that was, well, more ominous. 

First, I followed a car that had a vanity plate, “BBBBBOB”. And a bumpersticker that said, “Stutterers do it frequently.”  Don’t you just love BBBBBOB? 

Then as I was passing through Greater Downtown Morrow and climbing the hill toward home, I looked up and saw 30 or 40 Turkey Vultures circling in the sky–RIGHT OVER PINECREST NURSING HOME!!  I have never seen more than 5 vultures in a gyre.  I would say that there will soon be a bed available at Pinecrest.  Somebody largish is on his or her way out. RIP
